Today we got a message with useful information for us. Yes, it was a Czech translation from one of PHP-Fusion unofficial developer & addons translator, Hugo.
Czech locale has been integrated into Smart System 3 package. You can download it from our Download Center.
Most of users wanted a storage where everyone can downloads the addons manually. And now it has become available! This is a repository of addons without integration into the Smart System.
